OK:GO helps Swiss tourism service providers to gather and publish information about the accessibility of their offerings and services. This makes it easier for disabled people, senior citizens and families with small childen to make travel plans. Everyone benefits!
We all like to travel. But for disabled people and senior citizens, taking a well-deserved vacation involves a great deal of preparation. To make their break as carefree as possible, they need information about the accessibility of accommodation and leisure activities before they start their journey. Many tourism service providers in Switzerland have offers that are suitable for some senior citizens and people with disabilities. However, there is often little information available to the public. Now, the Accessible Switzerland Association would like to change that with the help of the OK:GO Initiative.
Our vision is for all Swiss tourism service providers to make information about the accessibility of their offerings publicly available in a well-structured format.
