Entering and publishing

accessibility information

Do you want to participate in the OK:GO initiative as a tourism service provider? You can find all the information you need here, including instructions on how to participate. It is really quick and simple.

OK:GO partners commit to fulfilling the terms and conditions of OK:GO:

  • They enter the accessibility information of their offering in the recording tool.

  • They complete all the mandatory fields in the recording tool.

  • Using the OK:GO logo and the link to the accessibility information, they publish the recorded data on their website.

  • They update the accessibility information when necessary.

The process is as follows:

1. Creating an entry

Enter accessibility information for your tourism business using the entry creation tool (ginto app). You can download the Participation manual here to help you create an entry for your business.

Scan the QR code using your smartphone or download the ginto app from the App Store or Google Play and start creating your entry.

2. Publishing your entry

As soon as you have provided accessibility information using the entry creation tool (ginto app), you are ready to publish it. Generate the link in the entry tool and add it to your website with the OK:GO logo. You can find a more detailed guide in the second part of the Participation manual.
